The Westville story started way back in 1988, and from then until now we have grown, won awards, and had some incredible business experiences. None of this would have been possible without the hard work of founder Jon Stevenson, or our commitment to using high quality materials in our work. However, the most important factor behind all of this is simple – the people.
The people that work here at Westville are the cornerstone of the business, and their hard work, professionalism and dedication are all key to our continued success.
From our business development manager, to the office staff who make the company run smoothly, to the insulation installers who travel across the region transforming peoples homes, we simply couldn’t exist without them.
Like all jobs, working here at Westville is not without it’s challenges, but we always strive to ensure that every one of our members are staff feel valued and enjoy their time working as part of the team, as morale and happiness are key to performance.
For that reason, we have decided that we want to give something back to our team for the fantastic work that they do, and give them some extra time to focus on their well being and being happy outside of work. So, from December onward, we will now be closing at 2pm on Friday’s, giving our staff a few extra hours of personal time as a thank you for all of the hard work that they put in from 6am to 4pm every other day.
We also believe that everyone deserves time off to recharge and enjoy themselves at the end of the year, and so for Xmas 2019 we will be closing at 1pm on Thursday 20th December and will reopen at 8am on Thursday 3rd January 2019. This gives our team 2 weeks to enjoy themselves, relax, and be merry, ready to come back in 2019 and provide a better service than ever before.
So, finally, we want to say a big thank you once again to all of our staff for their hard work in 2019, and also to all of our customers who we wouldn’t be here without.
