Our brief, and Willis Lodge's history.

Willis Lodge Care Home is now fully open, following a complete refurbishment project that saw Westville work closely with ARG Mansfield. Fantastic autumn weather and proactive management allowed completion of the project ahead of schedule.

Being the principle contractor on site, ARG contacted Westville to ask if we could look at making general repairs to the exterior render of the property. Following a full survey, it was decided that a full re-render was needed, as the condition of the existing render was worse than first thought. Following consultations, Westville were contracted and set to work, completing the project well ahead of schedule.

Challenges overcome at Willis Lodge.

Technically – the project was completed utilising a Wetherby System, finished in a 1.5mm through colour textured render.

ARG were very impressed and decided to contract Westville to provide a render finish on two brand new summer houses, along with the surrounding walls and entrance to the grounds.

Business Development Manager Karle Rhodes said, “Autumn 2018 gave us great weather, and that together with our experienced project management allowed us to hand over to ARG sooner than expected, which is always good for future business relationships. I can’t praise our team enough.”

Willis Lodge is a care home located in Kirkby In Ashfield, providing person focussed residential care covering a range of individual needs and is run alongside the outstanding Hatzfeld House Care home in Blidworth.

Results.
